The Carolina Shores Architectural Control Committee consists of a Chairperson and representatives that are members of the Carolina Shores Property Owners Association. The function of this committee is to help residence maintain compliance with the policies and procedures in the DoR, rules and regulations and By-laws. Prior to beginning work on new construction, or questions and concerns regarding any property repairs, exterior alterations, fence requests, shed installations or tree removal information please contact the ACC for assistance. This committee meets the first Wednesday of every month at the ACC office, 9:30am. ACC forms are available here on the website or can be obtained from the POA office during office hours.
